Jason has coached at some of the top gyms, worked for NCA, and even owned his own gym. He is a stickler for form, execution, and technique, and he believes these set the athlete up for greater success in the future - all future skills will be made easier and more attainable through a strong basic skill set. Jason loves to see results in his students and thinks the greatest benefit from coaching is the "a-ha!" moment when a concept finally clicks with a student.
